Q: What type of computer do I need to complete certification?
A: The certification is completed online. Make sure you have a internet connection (preferred broadband). Some carriers support only Internet Explorer 6.0 or better.(back to questions)

Q: If I fail a test, can I retake the exam?

Q: How long does the certification process take?
