Cold Calling Solicitations

Through new CMS MIPPA guidelines, there are strict regulations in relation to cold calling when marketing Medicare Advantage and/or Prescription Drug Plan products. This applies not only to insurance companies and their agents, but also to telemarketing companies and other third parties. UnitedHealthcare Medicare Solutions expects that all contracted and appointed sales agents who represent our MA and/or PDP products will adhere to this regulation. 2009 Prescription Drug Plan Marketing Materials - Making Your Job Easier and Faster!

Downloading and ordering your 2009 Prescription Drug Plan marketing materials is now easier and faster. Just visit www.UnitedHealthProducers.com. Here's what you'll find:

Medicare Part D Materials

• Part D materials are accessible in one step - just click on the Part D Materials tab on the left side of the screen.
  

Note: The order process for Part D materials follows a unique path from all other products. To order or download Part D materials, you must select the Part D link under Sales Material. If you click on links for other products under Sales Materials and then would like to order Part D materials, you must close the current OneSource window and return to the Part D materials link to proceed.

Marketing Kits

Things to remember:

• Check the status of your materials by clicking on the Order Status link under Get Materials on left navigation tabs
• Downloadable PDFs of sales collateral also will be available as soon as collateral has been approved
• Plan ahead! Orders will be received within five to seven business days
• Limited orders available, based on agent's role
• Do not order a surplus of materials or sales collateral since many items will be updated throughout the year
