READY, SET GO! Annual Election Period (AEP) Kicks off November 15, 2008: Important Reminders

Coventry Health Care's 2009 Medicare products are very competitive and offer outstanding value. Our dedicated Broker Services team is pleased to provide you the following Helpful Tips and Reminders as you prepare for the upcoming AEP to sell Coventry's Part D, Private Fee-for-Service, Medicare Savings Account and HMO and PPO Coordinated Care Plans:

CONTACT YOUR FMO / Upline if you have questions about specific Coventry requirements, or to obtain required Access Codes to complete 2009 Coventry training and testing for certification.

· Coventry's 2009 Training modules and details for requirements to sell can be found at www.AdvantraFreedom.com. Here's what to do: 1. Log on to www.AdvantraFreedom.com. 2. Click on the link indicated in blue as: Broker 3. You will be directed to the Broker Home Page. You will see links for the 2009 Broker/Agent Web Guide (Two versions of the guide are available -- a short version and a longer, more detailed version) that provide new and returning brokers complete details on how to Log In and Register to get started and complete the Training Modules and take the appropriate tests for 2009 certification. WE RECOMMEND: New and returning brokers/agents should print a copy of the Web Guide that includes diagrams with easy step-by-step instructions. 4. To start the 2009 training and testing process, click on the red box in the upper left corner of the screen Log In / Register. 5. You will be led to the Broker Log In Page. Follow the prompts. Refer to the Web Guide printout, as necessary. 6. When the system has verified the information you have entered, you will be directed to the Broker/Agent Training Page. You are now ready to begin 2009 certification! · All calls to the Broker Services Unit (BSU) are answered in turn and given the fullest consideration. Your patience is appreciated. · Sending an Email to the BSU offers another convenient option (pffsbrokersupport@cvty.com). Responses to emailed inquiries are processed within 48 hours. NEW!
