All the Assurant plans are fully comprehensive. There are no significant internal limits on any of these plans.

MaxPlan Elite

With MaxPlan Elite, your clients have the freedom to use any doctor or hospital - and when they select PPO network providers, they will get advantages like discounts on covered services, no claim forms and fewer out-of-pocket expenses.

• Prescriptions are subject to copays
• Ground and Air Ambulance is Covered

 

RightStart Elite

How many times have you missed a sale because your client could not afford to purchase a major medical plan or even a high deductible Health Savings Account qualified plan? RightStart Elite may be the solution for some of the uninsured population, many of whom have earned income, but just can not afford comprehensive coverage. RightStart Elite is not designed to replace comprehensive coverage, it is designed to provide some piece of mind for those of limited means.

• $2,000,000 lifetime benefit maximum.
• Annual Maximum options of $50,000, $100,000 or $250,000 per person.
• Annual Outpatient Coverage limit options of $2500 or $5000 per person.
• Annual Prescription Drug Maximum option of $2,000 or to annual maximum per person

KeyMed Plan (Limited benefit health insurance)
