Please take a look at
these steps regarding the UHC Retail Program. It is important that you
review all the information, it will answer 99% of your questions.
1.Certify
at www.unitedhealthproducers.com
“Learning Center” (2012 Retail module/test under “Electives”)
2. Access the Retail
portal at www.unitedhealthproducers.com
under “Product Information & Materials” or “Manage Your Account”, go to
Materials and click on “Sales Materials.” Scroll down to the bottom and click
on “Retail Programs Portal.” If you’re having problems with your browser
settings, click
here to access the portal program guide.
3. Print Marketing
material at the Agent Tool Kit, you can access through www.unitedhealthproducer.com
under the Materials tab or at the Retail portal under the “Retail Material” tab.
Great personalized postcard mailers or Flyers available! (In the Agent
Tool Kit, click on “English” or “Other Language” and search the word “retail”).
4. Order Application kits
at www.unitedhealthproducers.com
(same steps as step #2) under Materials, you can search by state/plan year. It will also
be a good idea to have both 2011 & 2012 at the
kiosk.
5. Report your projected
days/hours you will be in store on this template
and email to phd@uhc.com and must work every Tuesday
from 10 to 2
(only report days you will
work for sure and always allow enough time – give yourself 15 additional
minutes to arrive – CMS is concerned with the start time of your event – do not
stand up prospects or be late).
6. Report your activity
every week in the Retail portal at the “Reporting” tab (UHC will remove the
booth if you do not report weekly). Click
here for directions on how to submit your activity report.
7. Order Retail Supplies
every week, after your weekly Activity Report, at the “Retail Supplies” tab
(stock pile). To access information on how
to order supplies, please look at this document.
8. YOU MUST WORK YOUR
BOOTH/KIOSK WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY IN THE STORE!
